Guidelines for cancelling education fee payments made through CreatverEduOnline, operated by CREATVER TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

At CreatverEduOnline, operated by CREATVER TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, we provide a secure platform for online educational fee payments. This Cancellation Policy explains when a payment can be cancelled and which party is responsible.

1. Cancellation Responsibility: Platform vs. Institution

  • Platform Responsibility: We can cancel payments that are still in a Pending or Failed state and have not reached the Educational Institution.
  • Institution Responsibility: If a payment is successfully credited to the institution, any cancellation (withdrawal, wrong fee, accidental transfer, etc.) must be handled directly with the institution. CreatverEduOnline cannot cancel completed payments.

2. Eligibility for Cancellation (Platform Level)

A payment is eligible for cancellation through CreatverEduOnline only if:

  • The transaction is still processing and not confirmed as successful.
  • The funds have not yet been credited to the Educational Institution.
  • The cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of initiating the payment.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation of an eligible transaction, email us at:

Please include:

  • Subject: “Cancellation Request – Transaction ID [Your_Transaction_ID]”.
  • Student name and registered email/phone number.
  • A brief reason for cancellation.

Our team will verify the transaction status and notify you whether cancellation is possible. If eligible, the cancellation will be processed within 48 hours.

4. Non-Cancellable Scenarios

  • Successful Payments: Cannot cancel once the institution has received the fee.
  • User Errors: Wrong student ID, wrong institution, incorrect amount, etc.
  • Institution Rules: If the institution does not allow cancellations.
  • Service Charges: Convenience fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

5. Changes to This Policy

CreatverEduOnline may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. All updates will be posted on the website with the revised date.
